- How to set up WiFi on the Net’sGo?
Press the “WiFi Setting” button on the Net’sGo login screen:

Press “Wireless Controls”:
Tap “Wi-Fi” to turn on the wireless network of Net’sGo

After Wi-Fi is turned on, the system will scan and list all available Wi-Fi networks within range.

Select your Wi-Fi network (ID) from the list,

Enter password for the WEP, WPA or WPA2 security.


Tap “Connect” to get Net’sGo connected to the selected Wi-Fi network.

- How to do the Calibration of touch screen?
The screen calibration is needed only when the Touch Screen is out of alignment. Normally the Net’sGo is already calibrated before leaving factory.
To do so, navigate through the screen of “Setting” by tapping the “Setting” icon and tap the “Screen Calibration” icon to launch the tool to proceed:

Tap on the center of each crosshair of four corners.

Tap on the crosshair in the center screen to finish Calibration. Press “Back” Button to leave the “Calibration” setting.

- Why the application software shows “unexpected stop” message when launched?
This may happen when a launched application was not closed in a normal way or the storage area of this application software is corrupted.

- How to make the stopped application to work again?
It is recommended to remove (un-install) that specific application software and re-install. There is a tool that will reset the settings of all installed application software.

- Can Net’sGo connect to PC?
There are several ways to get Net’sGo connected to a PC by using pre-installed application software on Net’sGo including:
5-1 Connect to a PC through RDP (Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol):
To do this, you will need to launch a pre-installed WYSE PocketCloud to establish a RDP connection to a PC that supports Windows Remote Desktop Service.
5-2 Connect to a PC through Network Neighborhood:
To access the shared storage of a PC appears in the Network Neighborhood.
5-3 Connect to a PC through FTP (File Transfer Protocol):
To transfer a file to and from a storage area shared by the PC.
5-4 Connect to a PC directly using the USB client port on Net’sGo:
To allow both Net’sGo and its user data area (2GB in total capacity) being recognized by the PC for the access of storage.

- What is Net’sGo USB host port used for?
There is another USB port next to the USB client, which is called USB host. This port is intended for connecting peripherals such as:
6-1 An external USB keyboard as an alternative input device,
6-2 A USB mouse as an alternative pointing device,
6-3 A USB flash drive for the import or access of MP3 / Picture / data files,
6-4 A Bluetooth Ear Phone, or
6-5 Any USB dongle devices that are supported by the Net’sGo system.

- How to add the downloaded application into Net’sGo user interface?
You need to do it through the tool named “Self Configuration”.
Tapping the “Self Configuration” icon under the “Setting” icon, you will enter an interface for you to manage the installed application software.



You may also move the “Folder” based on your needs. (the “Folder” in the Net’sGo is used for placing the installed applications with similar property or nature, such as you may find Music, Video, and Picture playback application software from “Multimedia” folder.

- What is On Demand?
The “On Demand” is a special feature of Net’sGo that allows you to configure the contents to be fed to Net’sGo automatically based on your preferences.
For instance, you may subscribe your favorite News from several sources that are made ready by Net’sGo for your access. Once the On Demand settings are done, all the most updated News will be fed to your Net’sGo automatically.

- How to install driver to PC?
Normally, Net’sGo can easily be recognized by a PC that runs either Windows 2000, Vista, Windows XP or Windows 7. The Net’sGo driver is needed only when it is not recognized by your PC.
To do so, you need to download both NetsGoRescuer tool and User Manual from http://m.kasernet.com/manual/NetsGoRescuer/.
Refer to the Appendix B of “NetsGoRescuer User Manual” on how to install driver to PC. You may find all related Net’sGo drivers located under the “Driver” folder of the decompressed NetsGoRescuer tool software.

- How can I access the Net’sGo internal 4GB storage?
The internal 4GB storage is divided into two partitions: the first 2GB space is allocated for Net’sGo system use only and the rest of 2GB storage space is for user’s access. In case the 2GB space is not sufficient, users can use the add-on storage space by plugging a Micro SD / TF to Net’sGo card reader or by plugging a USB pen driver to Net’sGo USB Host port.
To access both internal and external storage, you may launch an application software named “ES File Explorer” located under the “Utility” icon of Net’sGo Organizer to access the storage.
Tap “Local” to access the available storage:

The Internal 2GB storage is available under the files
The External Storage are under two folders named [EXT_SD] and [USB]:
[EXT_SD] represents the storage area of external Micro SD / TF.
[USB] represents the storage area of external USB drive.
- Where can I find the manuals?
As long as you are registered and login to Net’sGo, you find the Manual Icon under the Setting Icon. Click the “Manual” icon will bring you to the link where the manuals are located.

- Can Android system be upgraded?

- How to upgrade my “Net’sGo Organizer”?
For the upgrade of “Net’sGo Organizer” itself (this is also treated as an application pre-installed on top of Android operating system), there will be a message appear automatically at the Net’sGo Login screen when a new version is available.


All you need to do is to press “Upgrade” to let the system proceed to upgrade the “Net’sGo Organizer”.

- Can I back up and restore what was originally installed and settings on the Net’sGo when the device is lost, broken or when upgraded to new version?
Yes, you can do this only with the exclusive feature available on Net’sGo. All you need to do is to back up all the installed application software, settings to a remote storage using the SugarSync application software. This will save you a lot of time and efforts in downloading all application software, re-installation, configuration, …etc. when the device is lost, broken, or storage is corrupted.
