1. How do I use my Phone-Net to call from my home
phone to a VOIP user?
Assuming that your home phone is connected to your Phone-Net,
this means that this call is VoIP to VoIP. In this case, you have
to have the 2-digit speed dial for that person you are trying to
call, so you dial that 2-digit number and it will connect you to
that person’s
account. For example, you have a skype account and it has your
friend XYZ, so you set a speed dial number for XYZ such as 02,
so when you call XYZ using your Phone-Net, you will have to press
02 and Phone-Net will recognize that you are trying to reach XYZ,
so it call XYZ, given that XYZ is online.
2. How do I call from my cell phone to a VoIP
user using Phone-Net?
Your Phone-Net will be connected to a line, for example, your home
line, so you will call your home number which will have to be connected
to the Phone-Net, then your Phone-Net will forward your call to the
already pre-set 2-digit number of that person you are trying to reach.
3. Can
I pre-set more than one number on my Phone-Net?
No, you can only preset one number at a time. However, when you
want to call a different VoIP number the next time, you can change
the pre-set number on you Phone-Net so that you can call the person
you want to reach. You can keep changing the pre-set number as much
as you like.
4. Can I use my home phone line for Phone-Net
and still have it free for my regular incoming and outgoing home
phone calls?
Yes, but you will have to set a number of rings for the home phone
first, then it switches to your Phone-Net, just as you would do if
you wanted your home fax number to have the same number as your home
number. For example, you set the number of rings for your home phone
to 6 rings, so the seventh ring means it is a call you are getting
for your Phone-Net.
