Warranty Terms and Conditions

If the product becomes defective during the limited Warranty period Kaser Corporation will repair or replace any defective component at no charge to the original owner, subject to the limitation and requirements listed.

The following is required by the Kaser Corporation when requesting warranty service: Check your retailers return policy. All purchased products must be returned to original retailers if within their return policy time period. If the product is out of retailers return period, please email a request for a return authorization number toSUPPORT@KASERCORP.COM. The product must be packed in the original carton or in suitable packing offering similar degree of protection. To avoid scratches or other damages to the product during shipping separate items, such as the player, cables, or ear phone, should be individually wrapped and placed in the same package. This will also reduce any extra cost of return freight/postage. Please include a copy of Proof of Purchase

LIMITATIONS:

The limited warranty provided by Kaser Corporation does not cover:

1. The cost of returning the product to Kaser (i.e. users responsibility).
2. The cost of returning the product to customer. (cost would vary from different area and shipping method )
3. Any product with serial numbers or identification altered or removed.
4. Exterior cosmetic damage.
5. Damage, defect or failure caused by or resulting from:
   • Improper installation or operation of the unit from incorrect voltages or power supply.
   • Improper service by a non-authorized service facility.
   • Abuse, neglect, accidents, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.
   • Unauthorized modification by end user.
6. Non- register user could be delayed due to manual operation.
7. Damages resulting from loss of use, loss of time or inconvenience, cost of temporary replacement unit or spares, property damage caused by this unit or its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
8. Damages caused by installation/operating software which may or may not be supplied with the product is not covered by this Limited Warranty. Separate End-User license Agreement provisions and restrictions apply.
